At Bondus, we want you to love your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 2 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in perfect condition
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned.

Return Process
1. Send us a message on Instagram, WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup through our delivery partner.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will update you within 48 hours.

Exchange Option
You can exchange your item for:
• A different size
• A different color
• A different product (price difference applies)
The courier cost for exchanges is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Refunds are available in the form of:
• Cash refund to your bank wallet or bank account
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and approved.
Refund time:
• instapay or wallet: instantly
• Cash refund: 3–7 business days

Incorrect / Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it for free.
